Almost 70 years to the day, Laurel and Hardy thought they were slipping into a sleepy Irish town unannounced, to prepare for their final tour. Events took a very different turn and it would end up being the greatest day of their lives!

This new Laurel and Hardy film featuring the photography of Andy Hollingworth and the cinematography of Matt Holt, is another fine quest to celebrate the comedy legacy of the world's greatest double act.

So join us on a road trip across Ireland as we retrace the footsteps of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy as they prepared for their final U.K tour, with a very special hat and the spirit of comedy to keep us company.

In addition to being selected for a special screening an the International Slapstick Festival in Bristol, February 2024, the film has already been selected to play at special events in Florida and Glasgow’s Panopticon Theatre - on the first stage Stan Laurel ever stepped on to, before becomg a Hollywood legend. Futher announcements of special screenings and festival appearances are due soon.
